1. Manufacturing & Engineering

Our main manufacturing capabilities carried out at our own facilities include:

• Drum Winches & Davit Systems: Manufacturing of heavy-duty hydraulic and electrically driven drum winches, as well as lifeboat and service davit systems.

• Bow & Stern Windlasses, Capstans & Towing Winches: Custom design and manufacturing of bow/stern windlasses, vertical/horizontal capstan systems, and high-capacity towing winches for anchoring and mooring operations.

• Marine Cranes & Lifting Systems: Engineering design and manufacturing of deck service cranes, cargo cranes, and specialized lifting mechanisms.

• Steering Gear Systems: Manufacturing and system integration of rotary vane and hydraulic cylinder-type steering gear systems.

• Life-Saving & LSA Systems Manufacturing: Manufacturing of life-saving and deck safety equipment in accordance with SOLAS requirements.

• Marine Hydraulic Systems & HPU Manufacturing: Custom-designed Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs), proportional manifold blocks, and hydraulic control panels according to the vessel’s required flow rates and operating pressure.

• Hydraulic Cylinder & Piston Manufacturing: Manufacturing of custom-sized hydraulic cylinders, chrome-plated piston rods, cylinder tubes, and complete hydraulic cylinder assemblies designed for high-pressure and marine applications.

• Ship Ramps & Hatch Cover Systems: Manufacturing of Ro-Ro ramps, hydraulic hatch cover mechanisms, and sealing components.

• Deck Equipment Manufacturing: Manufacturing of mooring bollards, fairleads, anchor chain components, shock absorbers, and specialized deck equipment.

• ASF700 Brake Test Kit: Manufacturing of our specially developed ASF700 Brake Test Kit, designed for safe and precise testing of the Brake Holding Capacity of windlasses and winches.

2. Technical Service, Maintenance & Overhaul

• On-Board Fault Diagnosis & Repair: Instrument-based diagnosis of pressure losses, oil overheating, abnormal noise, and internal leakage in hydraulic systems, followed by 24/7 on-site intervention.

• Valve & Hydraulic Motor Overhaul: Disassembly, reconditioning, seal replacement, and test-bench testing of radial piston, axial piston, and other hydraulic motors, as well as control valves.

• Cranes, Windlasses & Deck Machinery: Complete overhaul of anchor windlasses, mooring winches, service cranes, and hatch cover hydraulic mechanisms.

3. Engineering & Project Solutions

• Hydraulic System Modernization (Retrofit): Redesign and modernization of obsolete or inefficient deck hydraulic systems using current technologies.

• Class Inspection Preparation & Load Testing: Mechanical and hydraulic preparations prior to inspections by classification societies such as DNV, ABS, LR, and BV, including brake holding capacity and load testing.

• Technical Consultancy & Reporting: Hydraulic and mechanical condition assessment reports prior to vessel purchase, sale, or dry-docking operations.

4. Ship Supply

• IMPA-Coded Spare Parts & Product Supply: Hydraulic valves, motors, pumps, filters, fittings, and connection components in accordance with international marine standards.

• Seals & Sealing Kits: Original and equivalent Viton, NBR, and PU-based sealing kits designed for high-temperature and high-pressure applications.

• Deck & Engine Room Equipment: Fast delivery of spare parts, hydraulic hoses, valve blocks, and technical consumables.
